Hello, my name is Cindy. I am a licensed massage therapist and certified yoga instructor specializing in Lomi Lomi Massage.

I have not only worked in the engineering and architectural fields, but have also instructed many kinds of exercise and water fitness classes. I find that teaching brings me great joy and motivates me to share my love of movement and health with others.

Over the past few years, I have added yoga instruction and massage therapy to my professional pursuits. Massage further allows me to share my energy and expertise to help others relax and renew their health. 

I have retired from my day job to pursue my love of massage and fitness instruction full-time. Last year I trained and received a Stott Pilates reformer certification and also Barre Above. I currently practice massage therapy and teach Yoga and Barre at Pure Energy Fitness, and Pilates at Core Physical Therapy in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Experience
As of 2019, I have been an exercise and water fitness instructor for over 35 years. I have been teaching yoga for nine years and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for seven years.

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
In September of 2012, after completing a 570-hour program at the Phoenix School of Massage Therapy in Houston,Texas, I passed the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx). This exam and resulting licensure is required by the Texas Department of State Health Services for employment in the massage therapy field.

In 2018 and 2019 I attended trainings in Maui with Jeana Iwalani Naluai at Ho'omana Spa for Lomi Lomi fundamentals and advanced courses. 

Certified Yoga Instructor
In 2010, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training through a 21 day full-immersion program at Yandara Yoga Institute in Mexico. I completed my 500-hour yoga teacher training in 2017 at the Kula Space in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Certified Stott Pilates Instructor
In April of 2019, I completed my Stott Pilates Reformer Level 1 certification.
