Lomi Lomi Massage

Lomi Lomi massage stimulates the nervous system and improves circulation. It can be beneficial for chronic pain as well as muscle and joint stiffness. Lomi Lomi massage can calm the nervous system, reduce stress/anxiety, promote relaxation, and elevate mood. 

During the massage, the client undresses to his or her level of comfort. The client is draped with a sheet revealing only the part of the body being massaged. The therapist then uses oil or lotion to massage the skin and stimulate the layers of muscle. The massage can be light to deep pressure, depending on what the client prefers.
